   - Create and deliver engaging, developmentally relevant content and assessment strategies across a variety 

     of artistic media, including ceramics, design, digital art, drawing, and painting. 

   - Collaborate with educational community by redesigning curriculum, leading content-specific professional 

     development, serving as department chair, and participating in RTI and Intercultural Harmony committees. 

   - Connect with students, families, and community members by building meaningful relationships through

     planning/facilitating real-world art opportunities for learners, such as art contests, shows, and outreach.
